OSAS and Windows Vista and Office 2007

OSAS runs on any platform, any operating system,
anywhere, anytime!

Windows Vista (Business and Ultimate editions)

To run OSAS 7.03 on the BBj platform on a Windows Vista machine using the Aero Glass look and feel, you must first install Java Runtime Edition (JRE) version 1.6 or higher and download a new DLL from the
OSAS web site.
Instructions for installing the DLL are included in the download.
If you do not use Vista’s Aero Glass look and feel, you can use JRE version 1.5 with OSAS 7.03, in which case you do not need the additional DLL file. There are no known issues in running OSAS 7.03 on a Windows Vista machine using the Visual PRO/5 platform or on a Windows Vista workstation using the Java Web Start
thin client to access a BBj installation.

Office 2007
There are no known issues with the OSAS
productivity reports when used with Excel 2007.
