This is self-explanatory, it is a practical
tool to have quick access to.
Product
Suggestions:
This options allow you
to add a product suggestion while the idea is fresh.
When opening this option,
the first thing it will ask is if you already have a
suggestion listed that
you want to add to, or change. If not, hit the Enter key and the menu option
you are in when you thought of the new idea, will
automatically be displayed.
Enter your idea and it will be saved and you can
either e-mail or fax it to
IMS or directly to Open Systems.
Pop
Up Calendar:
The Pop Up Calendar allows
you to keep reminders on print check days, Payroll reporting days, receivables,
and
whatever you may choose.
You can choose a Private or Global
designation for each entry, meaning that some entries may only apply to you,
while others may be of company-wide interest.
